Rules

  • Every contestant willing to take part in the contest has to be a Sikh and follower of Sikh principles.
  • Announcements and information regarding the contest will be brought to the general public through the best electronic (www.DastaarPride.com) and print media
  • Date of birth proof will be verified at the Check-in time
  • Applicant must be a person possessing a good character and should not be facing any criminal action by any court of law
  • Online picture depicting the full front of the face should be uploaded online
  • Applications are also available on our website www.DastaarPride.com. An application fee of $20 has to be paid in cash while filling up the form or Paypal
  • Contestants should be present at the venue at 8:30AM on October 19, 2024. Failing which the authority has all rights to cancel their candidature.
  • Organizers have full right to change the rules, dates and venues without any prior notice
  • Contestants will have to bring their own formal wear for all the events
  • The decision of the judges will be final.
  • The winners of the contest will work as the active members of Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle (GGSSC) for spreading Sikh principles, Sikh heritage, Punjabi language and its heritage among the world community. The winners will have to take prior permission from GGSSC before doing any activity on Television, Films and video albums
  • Non adherence to rules will disqualify the contestants automatically.
  • The organization has the right to withdraw the title or award given to any winner if he ever indulges in any activity against Sikh tenets and principles.
  • GGSSC/Organizers are not responsible for any future assignment but best efforts will be made to help contestants.
  • GGSSC has full rights to amend the above rules and conditions at any stage of Dastaar Pride contest and nobody will have any right to claim anything against GGSSC.
